At T-Moji, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help! Please read our Return and Refund policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in original packaging, with all tags intact.

You must return the product within 30 days of receiving your order.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
2. Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Sale items (unless they are defective)

Customized products (personalized items with emojis or custom designs)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product at support@t-moji.store.

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the reason for your return.

We will send you a return authorization with further instructions on how to send the product back to us.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Rejected returns will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@t-moji.store with photos of the damage or defect. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement item at no extra cost.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
